FLAUNT Update: Flash Sale, New Operations, and Getting Back in Touch
I wanted to share a more personal update with everyone who has supported FLAUNT.
Over the last several months, we’ve been making some major changes in how we operate, and I know that from the outside it may have felt abrupt at times. Some of you have had trouble reaching us, some have wondered what happened to the storefront, and others have been asking what inventory and service options are still available. I wanted to put all of that in one place and explain where we are, where we’re going, and how we’re moving forward.
First, yes, FLAUNT is still here and still fully active. What has changed is the model. We’ve moved away from the traditional physical storefront and shifted into a mobile-first and online-focused business. That means we’re putting our energy into direct customer support, local field service, online sales, and a more efficient way of serving riders without the overhead of maintaining a conventional retail footprint. Instead of asking customers to come to us, we’re building the business around reaching customers where they are.
That change is not a break from who we’ve been. It’s a continuation of it. FLAUNT has been pushing forward and innovating in the electric bike space since 2013, back when most people didn’t even know what an electric bike was. From the beginning, we’ve had to adapt early, educate customers, and stay ahead of where the market was going instead of waiting for it to catch up. Reinvention has always been part of the business.
That shift is also what led to the rollout of Premium Mobile Service. Rather than operating from a fixed shop alone, we’re now focused on on-site support, tune-ups, diagnostics, repairs, and service coordination in a way that is more flexible for our customers and more sustainable for the business. If you need help with your bike, we’re still doing the work—we’re just doing it through a model that makes more sense for how people actually live and ride today. In that sense, this move to mobile service and online operations is simply the latest step in a long history of pivoting, innovating, and staying ahead of the curve to better serve our riders.
At the same time, we’ve had some communication hiccups that I want to address directly. Our main email servers have been unreliable, and some messages have not been delivered correctly. That has caused understandable frustration, and I appreciate everyone who has been patient with us while we sort it out. Until the main system is fully stabilized, the best way to reach us for support, service scheduling, product questions, or purchase inquiries is:
flauntvehicles.com
If you’ve tried reaching out recently and haven’t heard back, please use the site while we finish fixing the primary server issues.
One thing that has not changed is who we are. FLAUNT is still a locally owned, independent business. We are not a franchise, we do not answer to a parent company, and we do not carry corporate or shareholder overhead. That matters because it allows us to price more competitively, especially on repairs and service. Our rates are lower than many other shops because we are not building franchise fees, investor margins, or corporate layers into the bill. We keep things lean, local, and practical, and we stay actively involved in the community we serve.
As part of this transition, we’re also running a flash sale on inventory and key equipment.
For riders looking for a brand-new bike, our new e-bikes are now $1,799 with a battery or $1,299 without a battery. These are complete FLAUNT bikes built around the same practical, durable platform our customers already know, including our Atticus and Vicko models. If you already have a compatible battery setup or want to build in stages, the no-battery option gives you a lower entry point.
We’re taking pre-orders now on our 17.5 Amp battery packs for $499. FLAUNT batteries have long been considered top-tier in the industry, and we’re pleased to announce a new partnership that will deliver batteries that exceed even our typically high standards. Lead time is currently 4–6 weeks. If you need a replacement or want to lock one in ahead of the season, this is the time to do it.
For customers who want a lower-cost path into ownership, we’re continuing our “Build Your Own” refurbished program. These are inspected units offered in two pricing options: $1,399 with a battery or $899 without. This has been one of the best ways for customers to get into a FLAUNT bike at a lower price while still starting with a professionally reviewed platform. Availability is limited, but it’s a strong option for riders who want value and flexibility.
Service remains a major part of what we do. Through Premium Mobile Service, we’re continuing to handle tune-ups, electrical diagnostics, drivetrain adjustments, mechanical repairs, and upgrade work. The big difference now is that the business is built around mobile and field-based support rather than a walk-in retail setup. That lets us stay responsive while reducing downtime for riders who need help.
We’re also still stocking accessories and replacement parts, including tires, cargo solutions, and small hardware items for riders who want to maintain or customize their setup.
To summarize: FLAUNT is not shutting down—we’re evolving. We’ve moved from a storefront-centered model to a mobile-first one. We’re fixing our communication issues and directing customers to flauntvehicles.com in the meantime. We’re offering flash sale pricing on new bikes, battery pre-orders, and refurbished “Build Your Own” units. And we’re continuing to serve customers as a local, independent company without franchise or corporate overhead.
Thanks for sticking with us through the changes. We’re working hard to make the next chapter of FLAUNT simpler, more efficient, and better for the riders who count on us.
Happy riding,
Kevin Mount
